Good News: IRS Settles with Portage County Tea Party and 35 Other Groups

Just in case you might need reminding, the United Nations’ Treaty, Agenda for the 21st Century, was signed in 1992 by George H.W. Bush but never ratified by the Senate. The next year Bill Clinton created the President’s Council on Sustainable Development. This council embedded all the tenets of the treaty into every single federal agency. This process empowered all the federal agencies to go rogue. Instead of feeling obligated to represent the will of the People these agencies were to implement policies designed to transform America through the use of social justice, environmental justice, and economic justice.

So, when in 2009 the Tea Party arose in an attempt to stop the transformation of America, they suddenly found themselves in the crosshairs of the Federal Agencies- especially the IRS. The IRS attempted to paralyze tea parties across America to prevent them from being a conservative force in the election process. It was a terrible injustice and gross misuse of power.

Better late than never this month the tea parties, which were targeted by the IRS, were successful in proving in court the misuse of power by the IRS. By reading this article you will receive more details on the cases (one in D.C. and one in Cincinnati, Ohio) and their outcome. Before you do, however, you should know Tom Zawistowsky, a dedicated tea party leader in Ohio, let it be known, that while articles like this one do not talk about a monetary settlement, in reality there will be monetary settlement once all affected parties come to an agreement. Once this occurs, and it may take some time, these tea parties will then be in a much stronger financial condition to continue their fight to resist the Progressive movement.
