Supreme Court will hear challenge to public union fees

The Supreme Court is poised to make two rulings, which once decided, will have a large impact on the unions and their members. One will decide if non-members of public employee unions must pay their “fair share” fees to help pay for collective bargaining and other benefits. The second ruling will decide whether millions of employees, who sign individual arbitration agreements, can band together for the purpose of arbitration.

Whether you decide if the acceptance by the Supreme Court of these two cases is good news or not, may depend on whether you belong to a union or not and whether you think unions, as they function today as an arm of the Democrat Party, are good for America. To learn more, click on this link.
