When do federal rights trump states’ rights? President Trump would likely say when the state’s policies are negatively impacting the nation.
Rather ironic the state of California, who is ever expounding on the importance of protecting the environment, is on the receiving end of the power of the EPA. More proof the Progressive Democrats of California have little true regard for the environment.
Nor should the hypocrisy of this situation be ignored. When California, a state run by Progressive Democrats, who claim to be the compassionate party, produces an economic environment which causes such misery and hopelessness to so many of its citizens, it makes one question whether the Democrats in California care about the citizen at all.
