True, it starts with the same old malarkey about how the Earth is still warming and we are all gonna’ die unless extreme measures are taken. Just skim over that because below it, in their own words (which amazingly enough are actually written as normal people speak), they do an excellent job of providing the history of the numerous global agreements that tie the nations of the world together through permanent obligations to many environmental goals.
