The Environmental Protection Agency is attempting to redefine “navigable waters” like wetlands, that are far from navigable, in an attempt to “nationalize” the vast majority of water on the surface of the Earth. In addition, in most cases, when water is taken away from the control of the private citizen, so is the land around the perimeter of the “seized” water.

This new rule is still up for review and assessment in an attempt to try to force the EPA  to prove the validity of its facts and be made to follow the legal process. American Farm Bureau appeals Chesapeake Bay ruling

This article provides a concrete example of the EPA using the Clean Water Act in conjunction with its self-appointed expanded powers to steal property rights around the Chesapeake Bay. The president continues to push the narrative that the debate over whether the climate is changing because of the activities of man is over. Thought this E.O. the president and his many minions are charting a course on how to deal with the future disastrous results of manmade global warming. In 1998 the Mexican Wolf was reintroduced to the Southwest. In the last 15 years in Catron County, New Mexico the wolf population and the size of its hunting territory has expanded greatly to the point that pets and children are no longer safe outside of their homes. Children are now expected to somehow safely get to their bus stop, and once there wait inside cages for their bus to arrive in order to not be attacked by wolves. This is a true glimpse into the sustainable development future where man is caged and the animals roam free-not to mention a really creepy way for six year olds to begin and end their school day. link

Bill O’Reilly of Fox News fame has a very large megaphone and is considered a moderate voice to millions of Americans. So when he speaks, people listen. If you have watched Bill O’Reilly over the last few years, you have seen him slowly reorient his thinking about President Obama and his minions, who they are and what they plan for America.
