If you have found your way to www.agenda21course.com , you likely already believe Climate Change is a hoax and have probably read a significant number of articles on the topic. What is more rare is finding a Climate Change hoax article that is “readable”, entertaining, and still effective at bringing out the important points. Enjoy that article by clicking on this link.

AOC’s Newest Plan To Make America Socialist — ‘A Just Society’

Do you remember right after President Obama was elected in 2012 how quickly massive programs to socialize America appeared. Programs allowing everyone to “afford a home” (which resulted in a total meltdown of the housing market), or be able to get cash for clunkers (which destroyed a huge number of used cars-which could have been bought by the poor and through the purchasing of more new cars poured lot of money into the car companies and their unions), and we must not forget the mother of all huge programs taking over 1/8 of the American economy; Obama care.

Now we have a similar thing happening. Instead of Obama revealing the programs, which will socialize America, AOC presents the new programs such as the Green New Deal and now ‘A Just Society’. Don’t you really wish you knew who really wrote these monstrosities?

All that said; do not dismiss AOC’s efforts as mere theatrics. Every time these extremists pull out a new potential redistributive program, even if it is not enacted, it fires up the Leftist base and causes some ignorant or well-meaning or Left-leaning Republican to try to create a similar Progressive-light program as an alternative creating a slow but steady creep to the Left.

LESSON 3: Wildlands Project

Country BarnThis is the third lesson in a series of ten lessons on Agenda 21, commonly known as Sustainable Development. Today you will learn…

How Sustainable Development Policies Will Force Citizens Off of the Rural Lands.

“Land, because of its unique nature and the crucial role it plays in human settlement, cannot be treated as an ordinary asset, controlled by individuals and subject to the pressures and inefficiencies of the market.  Private land ownership is also a principal instrument of accumulation and concentration of wealth and therefore contributes to social injustice; if unchecked, it may become a major obstacle in the planning and implementation of development schemes. Social justice, urban renewal and development, the provision of decent dwellings-and healthy conditions for people can only be achieved if land is used in the interest of society as a whole.” The preamble to The Vancouver Action Plan approved at Habitat: United Nations Conference on Human Settlements (31 May to 11 June 1976). State of the Planet: Better Than Ever

The overriding goal of United Nations Agenda for the 21st century is to cede the power and wealth of the world to a small group of elite. Many things must happen for this to occur; eliminate capitalism, eliminate the Constitution and the legal system, destabilize the world, etc. If these things occur and the elite take power (more so than they already have) the result will be untold misery and hardship for the average citizen worldwide.

The Progressives will tell you this is all for the best. After all, without controlling the behavior of the unwashed masses how can the elite “save the planet”? The elite are simply doing the rest of us a favor and saving us from our own bad behavior and greed.

The reality is quite the opposite. Only, if a country has wealth (and the will), does it have the capability to control and protect the environment from harm. A developed country like the U.S. has the time, resources, and desire to tackle environmental concerns correctly. In contrast poor countries and poor people are too busy trying to put food on the table to worry about how this happens or whether it negatively impacts the environment.

The connection between an economically strong country based on capitalism and a healthy environment is lost in today’s gloom and doom world. Do yourself a giant favor and read this article explaining how capitalism, prosperity, and a healthy planet are not mutually exclusive by clicking on this link.

Lesson 4: Smart Growth

Bike at beach. This is the fourth lesson in a series of ten lessons on Agenda 21, commonly known as Sustainable Development.. Today you will learn…

How Smart Growth Stategies are Used to Control Human Behavior Within the Human Settlement.

One of the goals of Agenda 21 is to re-wild over 50% (plus an additional 10% for buffer zones around the re-wilded areas) of the United States. Out of necessity, this will force the human population off the rural lands and into, using Agenda 21 language, “human settlements”. Once there, the behavior of humans can be more easily monitored and controlled, thus creating, “sustainability”. Continue reading

Mahoning County farmers fight eminent domain for bike trail

Property Rights are the cornerstone of personal liberty in America. Without them We the People would simply be serfs. The loss of personal property rights is a key goal of those advancing Agenda 21. Remember this as you read this article, which highlights the horrible process that is being used all across America to advance a massive network of bike paths.

Below is a list of the wrong-headed ways the land for this bike path is being procured and its impact on the land owners, taxpayers in general, and the Constitution.

            1. The property owners, if they lose this lawsuit, will lose their property rights, privacy, personal security, and legal fees.

            2. Without asking the taxpayers, if they approve of this board’s actions, the purchase of the land for the bike path will be paid for by taxpayer dollar.

3. The officials, who are promoting this, are unelected, unaccountable bureaucrats. If you do not like what they are doing, you have no direct recourse such as voting them out.

            4. 80% of the money being used to buy the land is money being diverted from the Federal Highway Fund. The success of our economy hinges on adequate, well-maintained highways not on the existence of bike paths.

            5.  The land for the bike path would be taken through eminent domain. Eminent domain should be used only in an effort to create significant economic good for society-not for recreation, as is the obvious reason in this case.

Bike paths are great, but only IF the bike paths are paid for AND maintained with private funds AND the land is purchased without the use of eminent domain.

Ohio bill would limit unelected officials from taking private land for recreational trails

All across America unelected bureaucrats are using eminent domain to take land from our citizens in order to build recreational trails/bike paths. For a clear and concise list why this is so terribly wrong for the property owners, taxpayers and our Constitution, read Mahoning County farmers fight eminent domain for bike trail.

Fortunately for property-rights-loving citizens in Ohio, State Representatives Don Manning, R-New Middletown, and Steve Hambley, R-Brunswick have introduced House Bill 476, which would restrict unelected government officials from using eminent domain to take private property. The solution would give property owners the right to involve their ELECTED officials in the final decision making process, which should ALWAYS be the case.

If you live in Ohio please put some wind at the backs of these fine men by sending them a support email or phone call. If you do not live in Ohio, you might want to educate your state legislator by sending this article to them.

EPA repeals 2015 Rule Defining “Waters of the United States”

To advance United Nations Agenda for the 21st Century/Agenda 2030/Green New Deal and to implement socialism it is critical to prevent private property ownership for all (except the elite). Regulations, which require no action by Congress, are one of the favorite ways to accomplish this.

The Obama Administration in 2015 expanded the 1972 Clean Water Act by adding to it the “Waters of the United States” rule (WOTUS). The Waters of the United States rule greatly expanded the amount of land which would fall under the control of the EPA. For example under these rules even small depressions, which held water only for a short period of time, could be regulated. Worse, the area around the “mud puddle” would also be regulated.

Trump Administration Announces One National Program Rule on Federal Preemption of State Fuel Economy Standards

Remember one of the many things that must be accomplished to complete the globalist agenda, is limiting our ability to travel far and wide and independently. The Progressives desperately want to restrict our travel options to the use of mass transit, bicycles, and walking. Where and how far mass transit can travel can be controlled by the elite, while walking and bicycling by their very nature restricts distance travelled. This is just one example of how the elite will gain control over the masses-but first Americans must be separated from their cars.

Anything that makes car ownership difficult will advance this goal. Likely the most important factor affecting car ownership is price. Anything that drives up price negatively affects car ownership and advances the “war on cars”.

Supreme Court ruling confirms property rights aren’t second class rights

Two of the most fearful words a property owner will hear are “eminent domain”.

Eminent domain is the right of a government or its agent to expropriate private property for public use, with payment of compensation. Notice the definition does not include “fair” payment of compensation.

So what can a landowner do, if they feel they have not received fair compensation? Up until this Supreme Court decision not much. To read more about this property rights victory, click on this link.
