This is the story of David (aka Lois Alt, a 62-year-old grandmother and longtime electrician for the construction industry, who invested her life savings in her West Virginia chicken farm.) vs. Goliath (aka the EPA). The EPA accused Lois of polluting the stream next to her chicken farm. Lois was having none of it and sued the EPA. Obama Regime’s Climate Hub Plan Will Help Destroy Small American Farms and Ranches
Even though there is much evidence to prove that Global Warming is a hoax, and that climate change is a natural occurrence of nature, which means that it is next to impossible to know if man plays a role in climate change, Obama and his leftists continue full speed ahead by creating Climate Change hubs all across America.
This article does a very nice job of explaining the true purpose of the Obama Climate Change Hubs as simply “another power grab by the federal government to exercise control over farmers and ranchers”. The likely outcome is to put the small farmer out of business leaving the track clear for the large corporations who deal in food production. Remember it is much easier for the government to take control over a few large corporations than millions of small family farms. To learn more follow this link.
One more point. This article provides a map of the locations of the Climate Change Hubs. Might these hubs simply be the first evidence that the regionalization of America has begun in earnest?

Conservation Easement: the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly
A conservation easement is a restriction placed on a piece of property to reduce usage of the resources (natural or man-made) associated with the parcel. The easement is either voluntarily sold or donated by the landowner, and constitutes a legally binding agreement that is usually permanent and theoretically protects land for future generations. Conservation Easements have become one of the tools of choice for taking control of private property without actually needing to purchase the land outright.
Conservation easements negatively affect our tax base and increase the price of privately owned land but are justified because “Bambi needs a home”. To that it should be said that without the existence of conservation easements there are still wildlife habitats, farmland, and open spaces for Bambi AND income and property tax generation while not driving the cost of privately owned land through the roof.
While this article was published in 2008, you should feel comfortable extending the lines on the graphs that include data only up until the year 2005. Rest assured that the effort to control privately owned land through the use of conservation easements has done nothing but increase since 2005.
In summary, this article about conservation easements is fantastic. It will allow you to learn the history of conservation easements, how they work, the many disadvantages they have, not just for those who voluntarily give up their land, but for the rest of the citizens, and so much more. This is a critical read if you are attempting to convince officials that property rights are under attack in America. To learn more, follow this link.

Kid Cages at School Bus Stops Spark Outrage
The goal of the Wildlands Project is to re-wild over 50% of the United States back to the condition it was before Christopher Columbus arrived in America. That will require moving a lot of citizens off of the rural lands. One of the strategies used to clear the land of man is to re-introduce the large carnivore.
In 1998 the Mexican Wolf was reintroduced to the Southwest. In the last 15 years in Catron County, New Mexico the wolf population and the size of its hunting territory has expanded greatly to the point that pets and children are no longer safe outside of their homes. Children are now expected to somehow safely get to their bus stop, and once there wait inside cages for their bus to arrive in order to not be attacked by wolves. This is a true glimpse into the sustainable development future where man is caged and the animals roam free-not to mention a really creepy way for six year olds to begin and end their school day. link

The Purposeful Flooding of America’s Heartland
As you learned in Lesson 3 on the Wildlands, the goal of the Biodiversity Treaty is to return at least 50% (60% if you count the buffer zones) of the U.S. to the condition it was in before Christopher Columbus arrived on our shores. Since obviously there were no dams in existence at that time, the extreme environmentalists have the dams in America in their crosshairs. As is so often the case with the proponent of Agenda 21, they often create 2-fers. In this case by removing the existing dams, they return the river to nature, plus they flood out many of the citizens who live downstream, forcing them over time to move, the environmentalists hope, into town where they can be put under control of the government. To read about more about how the Corp of Engineers at present is needlessly imperiling the property, businesses, and lives of millions of people constituting criminal negligence click on this link

Dam removal begins in Cuyahoga Falls
This article published on July 30,2013 would best be read after reading the article also posted under Lesson 3 (Wildlands Project) titled The Purposeful Flooding of America’s Heartland as this article gives greater background into how the Federal Government with the support of the Corp of Engineers has made removing dams across the nation a priority in order to return them to their natural flow. This article, Dam Removal Begins in Cuyahoga Falls, provide documentation that this same policy is being followed in Ohio, and for the same reason. No mention is made about the increased likelihood of flooding concerns downstream caused by the removal of this dam. People and property must take a back seat to nature in our new sustainable world. To read more about the removal of this dam, and to view series of DamCam photos showing the removal of the dam, please click on this link .

The Brave German Woman (video)
Have you ever heard that people can be divided into three groups: sheep, sheep dogs, and wolves? In this analogy remember wolves try to eat sheep (who generally do little to defend themselves or others) while the sheep dogs, usually few in number, attempt to protect the sheep from the wolves.
If you knew that the dictates of Islam are totally incompatible with those of Christianity, and your church was inviting an Imam to your Church to speak and say Muslim prayers in your CHRISTIAN church, would you be a sheep or a sheep dog? Please watch this video of a very brave lady in Germany, who had to make this very decision, by clicking on this link.

I think my dog is a Democrat
Sometimes humor is the best way to make a point. This musical video is just plain hilarious-unless perhaps you are one of those folks who has been indoctrinated into believing humans should be trained to be totally dependent on the government for all of their needs. In that case, you, more than anyone, should listen carefully to the lyrics of this very insightful song. For an important life lesson click on this link.

Bessemer Farms calls it quits, says new farm rules too cumbersome
The family farm is in the crosshairs of the federal government through the increasing number of regulations to which farmers are being asked to comply. Click on this link to learn how these regulations drove Bessemer Farms in Akron to totally change their farming model, and how, as more farmers follow suit, this will contribute to higher food costs for Americans. link

Earth Day predictions of 1970. The reason you shouldn’t believe Earth Day predictions of 2009.
Several weeks ago we all, yet again, had to suffer through another Earth Day. I thought you might enjoy reading a few of the predictions cited in 209 but made in 1970 that (no surprise) never came true. Feel free to send them on to any of your liberal friends in the hope they may look with greater skepticism on all the current environmental hype. To read these failed predictions, click on this link.
